Incredibly slow post office in season. Walked in and there wasn’t a single worker at the window. Waited in line for like half an hour, (during the middle of the day during the middle of the week, mind you) and when I finally got to the end of the line, the worker at the window told me to go stand at another window, where the was no worker, and continue waiting, because someone had a passport appointment.

Have been several times and have not had a problem with this location. Like many offices they are under staffed but do the best they can! We were served by Christine who was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Folks who are showing up for walk in passport sessions should come well before 9, we arrived at 840 and were seen. When you show up your name goes on a wait list so getting there at or after 9 means the slots will likely have already filled up.
