Joshua was extremely helpful in not only explaining my options but which one would be best for my business. He was by himself during an extremely busy holiday season but he treated every customer with respect. I guess you get treated how you treat others.

- BBBegoniaAug 31, 20251.0Horrible. Went in at 12 p.m. No one was available to help with sending certified letters. Apparently, they only have one employee, and they were out to lunch. I was told by the lady in the office that I needed to use the kiosk. I thought I did everything right, but after paying and confirming with the person in the office that I placed the labels correctly and dropped them in the drop box area, my letters still say "accepted via Kiosk" on August 27, 2025. I will need to go back to the post office to mail these letters out again as it looks like they didn't make it out of the drop box. Also, if the person was out to lunch, why can't they place a sign at the front counter? I arrived and said hello loudly, as the front desk was empty, and all I heard was people talking and laughing until someone came out of the office. I am sure this review will change nothing at this post office, but I can at least warn others about using the kiosk here.
