I needed to send an item in for repair and did not have a box or even the slightest clue on what I needed to ship the item back. To be honest, after looking around like a deer in headlights for a few moments, I decided I would just do this another day. But then Jim asked me what I was looking for - I explained the situation and he told me he had a box for me, and would walk me through the process step by step. Jim helped me with the entire process and made it completely seamless. If not for him, I would have headed back home without shipping anything. Working alongside him was also Francis, who was very kind and knowledgeable as well. It is always very easy to nit pick and complain about things, so I want to take a moment to commend Jim and Francis on how excellent their customer service was. Thank you Jim and Francis!
