At 8:30 there should be more than one person working. At 9:30 there should be more than one person working, At ANY time there should be more than one person working! People leaving the line (12+ people long) after waiting more than 20 minutes without moving! We have lived here 26 years and there is only one gentleman at this post office who can keep the line moving and he’s often here working by himself.

The service is consistently very slow. Each visit involves a long line with little movement. On several occasions, one employee has left for extended periods, while the remaining staff does not increase the pace of work. Elderly customers, for whom standing for long periods can be difficult, are still required to remain in line, as the staff does not make any effort to speed up the service.
