People leaving the line (12+ people long) after waiting more than 20 minutes without moving! We have lived here 26 years and there is only one gentleman at this post office who can keep the line moving and he’s often here working by himself.

On several occasions, one employee has left for extended periods, while the remaining staff does not increase the pace of work. Elderly customers, for whom standing for long periods can be difficult, are still required to remain in line, as the staff does not make any effort to speed up the service.
