No one was at the counter for more than 2 mins, less than 45 seconds your package was paid for and you were out! If I followed the bad reviews I wouldn’t have went. THANK YOU TO THE STAFF THAT WORKED TODAY!

I wanted them to scan it in. The 2 women were too busy talking about themselves to be bothered with helping the customer. I dread going to the post office. I keep putting off getting a passport over them.

They sent the package to OpaLocka, Chicago, St. Charlotte Amelie, and Belize ! Where the heck is Europe ? All along I believed it was the services in Europe , it was USPS. So so poor . Save your money and use DHL. It's just 20-30$ extra . Never again ! I'm so so disappointed. The lowest standards in the world!

When I told them the kiosk was not working for the QRS code and that there was an error sign They told me I was disrespectful for saying this and that they couldn’t help me at the desk and I had to go back out To the kiosk to show them the error sign. I I walked back out to the kiosk Waiting for somebody to meet me out there. However, nobody came out. They kept helping other customers at the counter. When I walked back inside and asked if anybody was going to be able to help me at the kiosk, they said that I was the most disrespectful person again and that if they were my mom, they slap me in the face. When someone finally met me at the kiosk And saw the QRS service was down they said they couldn’t help me. I had to go back in line Where I was previously when they told me they weren’t able to provide that service at the desk, And they reluctantly scanned the QRS code. On the way out, they started screaming at me again. It’s unfortunate there are such miserable creatures that reside in the world. You could not pay me to go back to that location ever again
