I completely understand that working long hours can be exhausting and that everyone has personal lives, but customer service should always reflect professionalism and respect, especially during the posted business hours that customers rely on. As a small business owner in Boca Raton who frequently ships products, I depend on this location because it’s one of the few that stays open later. Unfortunately, on several occasions I’ve arrived well before 6:30 only to find the doors already locked, and it’s not just me; I’ve seen other customers outside as well, all trying to ship packages before closing. I’ve also found it open at times, but it often feels like a guessing game of “Will it be open today or not?” Out of the many times I’ve visited, only a couple of experiences have been pleasant. Most of the time, the staff acts as though helping customers is a burden rather than part of their job. Customer service truly makes a difference. I hope management reviews these concerns and provides additional training. There are many people who would gladly take these positions and treat customers with the kindness and respect they deserve

The guy said I am lucky to even be talking to him in 1 year there will be no workers to help everything will be done self service. I said well as of now every other post office I have been in will scan in your packages and give you a receipt.
