Today I tried dropping off a parcel and the QR code was not opening but the shipping label did. The older Indian looking guy wanted to charge me $5 to print the shipping label. $5 to print one page of black and white paper. Such a scam. I'll drop things there when needed, but if that older guy is there, I'll go elsewhere. Not helpful and may have just cost them a customer w/ their $5 printing nonsense. BTW - UPS affiliate on Boca Rio & Glades does not charge to print a label.

Tracking info on their website says it never even left there store for delivery and they refused to file a claim on their end. Accountability is non-existent. Now because of their negligence ATT is charging me the full installment of my phone. Based on previous reviews other people seem to have a similar experience as well. You are not in good hands at this location. Go to any other UPS near you.

In November 2025, I dropped off two unlocked iPhone 15s to be shipped to AT&T for a trade-in using AT&T’s prepaid labels. The store accepted the package and gave me a drop-off receipt. However, the phones were never shipped. Tracking only shows the package was received at the UPS Store — there have been no updates since. Because AT&T never received the devices, I am now being charged for both phones, even though I did everything correctly. These were high-value items, and they disappeared while in the store’s possession. Very disappointed with the handling of this shipment. I recommend customers be extremely cautious when dropping off valuable electronics here
