Not only is this store unorganized which can be noticed the moment you walk in as there are packages sitting around everywhere. But in the event they lose your package, they're no help. My return package shows I dropped it off a week ago and nothing else. When I returned to investigate as told by the merchant, the owner of this location named Henry, told me to contact UPS! He proceeded to tell me this a problem with the merchant and not UPS although the last scan was at this location. Terrible way to run a business Henry!

They tell me if I don t buy a larger box from them to return it might not get there and no refund- that’s code for pay us or we are tossing your package! Never going back

- EEevNov 26, 20252.0I did a Amazon return at this UPS, and the associate that assisted me was quite belittling. Instead of asking if my package was due to be packed before drop off, he immediately assumed it was and began saying he wouldnt charge me for the assistance. The item was in a box, and just needed the tape. I wasn't aware my return needed to be packaged upon return, but it was still in its original shipped packaging, again, just needing tape. When I questioned if it was a customer packaged order, and began to review my return screen, he informed stated something along the lines of, "Ive worked here long enough, I would know." There was another customer behind me, there to make a return as well, and the associate commented on that customer having their item packaged and ready, commending him. I was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing it was a customer packaged return or having it taped. Honestly, I feel he shouldnt have even made a comment unless it was to ask if I needed tape. Having worked in customer service for the last decade, I don't believe that's how I would've handled the situation, but to each their own I guess. Definitely will be making returns at different stores.
