The employees mocked my wife to her face, and on my father-in-law's phone, they're the same three employees as always, a real problem and completely useless. We're complaining because my package is lost and nowhere to be found. The tracker says my package never left that store, and now I have to pay. If the manager of this place is a conscientious and professional person, they should fire all those good-for-nothings. I don't recommend anyone go to this place, even if you have to drive further; go somewhere else.

I visited to make a Happy Returns drop-off, and although it’s advertised online that they accept Happy Returns, I was made to wait in line only to be told that the service has been down for over 7 months. There was no sign or notice about this, which is unacceptable. UPS, please do better — people have busy schedules and don’t have time to waste. Additionally, the store is cluttered and looks like a safety hazard. It should be cleaned and organized properly, especially in case of an emergency.
