  I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the UPS store located at 7491 North Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Florida, thanks to their incredible employee Jeremy! From the moment I walked in, Jeremy provided exceptional assistance with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He not only helped me wrap a special present for my oldest and dearest friend’s 70th birthday, but he also ensured that everything was carefully packaged and ready for shipping. Before Jeremy assisted me, his colleague had been equally helpful. Her attentive service laid a fantastic foundation for my visit, and it was clear that she and Jeremy make a great team. I’m truly grateful for their combined efforts, which transformed what could have been a stressful task into an enjoyable experience. Kudos to Jeremy for going above and beyond to make my shipping experience seamless! His professionalism and friendliness are commendable, and I left the store feeling appreciated and satisfied. Thank you, Jeremy, for your outstanding support and service!

  This store should get no stars because it was not an option to give it no stars or a negative star rating. This store is a disaster!!! The woman who works there is as useless as can be. She is lazy and arrogant. Her customer service skills are nil. She turned me away with packages three days before Christmas. She said the trucks would not pick up the packages. I went to another UPS store in Delray and they accepted them with a smile and thanks for using their store. She refused to take a mis-delivered package to send back to the company. The store is conveniently located for me but I am going to drive out of my way to go to another store and avoid this toxic woman at all costs. She gives UPS a bad name.
