It was VERY awkward and uncomfortable for me. The good thing is he got the right one. If it was someone who didn't stand up for themselves i would feel bad for them because of the way he yelled at me multiple times lol . Good thing i don't let myself get disrespected and i snapped right back. The worker was extremely rude and had a huge attitude right off the bat. He seemed like he hated his job and just took it out on me... If you hate your job just quit instead of taking it out on customers who don't work there and have no idea what to do. I would have an idea if yall weren't so busy 24/7 and understaffed. If this keeps happening i suggest you guys put up a sign instead of YELLING at your customers and taking your anger out on them. I don't get how they expect us to know these things like we work there and there's no signs. I already did not like this location because the line is ALWAYS out the door.. I will say I've never had a problem with any of the workers except for this rude and disrespectful individual. I am not the type to write a bad review but that really pissed me off and i hope this doesn't happen again to someone who doesn't speak up for themselves.

I walked in, on time, after paying someone to cover for me at work, and I was told to get in the regular line, which was at least 12 customers long and literally out the door (with several people waiting outside as well). They were rude, unprofessional and had absolutely no customer service skills. Why schedule an appointment if they completely disregard it? Ridiculous way to run a business .
