I can get documents notarized while taking care of my orthopedic needs?! No brainer. They say every notary is the same, but today I was proven wrong. Erika is the reason why I will switched all of my business to this UPS location. I will never go to another establishment. Her customer service really sets the bar and is the single most important reason why I will not go back to FedEx. I cannot forget about David either. These two remind me of Kobe and Shaq, an unstoppable force.

Their outside door is filthy and looks like it has never been cleaned. When you get inside, there's a tiny space and then a large counter top, presumably for packing things, taking up space. There is room for about 2 customers to wait in line. But often there are 8 or 10 and everyone is glommed up inside the door, each holding a package with no place to rest it down. Anyone else who walks in has to figure out where to stand or how to get through this crowd. Then there's a long distance, unoccupied by customers, and a back register where I guess they take special cases? (At the very least, re-orient the line towards the back - common sense, right?) They never seem to add an agent to help out with that line, no matter how long it gets. When I made a nice suggestion to the woman at the register that they relocate the line to the register at the back, she replied, "It's OK." Wait, was I providing customer service to you? It's not OK for the customers. Avoid this one and just go to another one if you can.
