I place my items on counter and wait until they decide to speak to me at all. No hello, be right with you, nothing! Once they decided I wasn’t leaving one said how may I help you. I provide the first return . She scans it stickers it and then is clearly irritated I had another return on seperate ticket. Once it was finished I TOLD them to have a great rest of thier day as I was obviously the only one in bldg with any kind of customer service even after I just drove from Ft Lauderdale fighting traffic for 40 min to get here before they closed. Being courteous and providing customer service In a friendly manner has become rare… Unfortunately. The job gets done I guess but if you hate your job, you can’t fake it for two minutes maybe get A different job that makes you happy.
