The store owner was so nice and solution oriented. I had to get a document notarized and he was extremely efficient and helped me get two witnesses. He was also genuinely kind, professional, and respectful. I would highly recommend this store location and am so appreciate of the service they provided.

Disgustingly unprofessional. Starting with the manger Phyllis.
The staff were dismissive and openly disrespectful. Requests for help were treated like personal insults to get a package I paid for.
When attempting to pick up a package. The physical label only displayed my Fathers name while digitally the tracking number included both of our names.
The manager, Phyllis, handled the situation disgustingly. She stated that I could not retrieve the package unless my father appeared in person. I explained we were a military family and alternative options as this is not my first time and he did not reside in the State.
I offered to FaceTime him with his license. I offered to provide a copy of his license. I offered for him to send an email with his information authorizing the pick up. I even offered a notarized letter. She refused.
That same evening, my father contacted UPS Support where they confirmed that I would be able to pick up the package the next day using my fathers ID, and advised us to call if there were any issues.
The next day, despite speaking directly with the support representative, Phyllis again refused to release the package, refused to acknowledge the tracking information that included my full name.
At one point, Phyllis scoffed stating "I can just send it back right now". (Which she did and we found out only through email notification that evening. I also believe is against UPS policy)
This is an alarming level of arrogance for a business that survives solely because customers walk through the door. Let me be clear: this behavior is unacceptable. This is an embarrassment and a stain on the UPS brand. I will no longer send anything through this location.
