Dylan and the entire staff are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful—it’s truly a pleasure walking in there. They’ve created such a well-run, efficient system that makes every visit quick and seamless, even during busy hours. What really stands out is the level of customer service. They’ve offered to help me carry boxes in from my car more than once, and it’s those little things that show how much they care. Whether I’m doing returns, dropping off packages, or shredding boxes of paper, they’re always on it. It’s rare to say this about errands, but this location makes the whole experience enjoyable. Huge thank you to Dylan and the team—you all are the best!

My encounters with Dylan and Patrick have been great; they are knowledgeable and efficient. Phyllis, the manager, and Mark (or Mike? cant recall name…short w/tattoos) are the reason I try hard not to have to go to this location; they are brash and impolite. The location of the store is very convenient though parking is like playing the lottery. Gave them two stars instead of one because typically I am able to complete whatever transaction I entered for while tolerating the mistreatment.
