They agreed to fix one and leave the other one… I went to another UPS store for the other box they were extremely helpful…. I paid money for delivery nearly 30 USD per box. I wonder why service is horrible in a UPS store and very positive in another!

Began yelling at me in the store and then tried to take a receipt out of my hand claiming he was going to void my return. He tried to kick me out of the store so he wouldn't have to process my return because it was an inconvenience. In the end he tried to make me put the labels he printed on the boxes for him after making the entire experience difficult and unpleasant for me and my husband. Would not recommend.
