When it was my turn, it turned out I needed to print a label, and how much do you think that cost? $6, $6 to print one small piece of paper!!! I am very disappointed with this store!

Second time on it because I had to return a trampoline to Amazon and my preferred location was already closed. Amazon covered the return, they charged me $70 just for packing. It’s been over a week, and the trampoline still hasn’t left their location. When I called to ask for an update, the only answer I got was that “they didn’t have a box for it.” That is unacceptable. This place seriously needs to change their staff or close permanently, because the level of irresponsibility is unbelievable. I will never use this UPS location again.

Walking in, one employee was helping a woman using the computer shouting across the store while she was also on her phone, so he wasn’t helping anyone else. Took the first customer in front of me and was on his phone the entire time making the process slow. There was a second employee in the back behind piles and piles of packages who came out only to start scanning packages that were already there despite being a line at the door to be helped. Then a third employee came out and helped me to help out which was baffling, considering there were at least six of us waiting to be helped and only one person working the register for the first five minutes. The entire time she was helping me, she also had her phone out, placed on the counter in front of her, so she could use it at the same time. Pick ANY other UPS location, I beg of you.

So, if you are on your lunch break, don't do it. I'm starting to think he is the owner since a lot of people in the reviews have been complaining about the same thing for MONTHS and nothing has changed. Another thing is that they over price everything. I highly recommend going to the next closest UPS on Palmetto. About 5min away.

I originally thought he was a customer until he walked behind the desk. There is no customer service or appreciation of people’s time as there is always a long wait. I would expect a UPS store to be more professional. I prefer to go out of my way and visit another UPS. This seems to be just an issue with the one employee judging by other reviews.
