- DTDr. TJDec 12, 20255.0Although I've occasionally use this UPS location over the past few years I've never considered this specific branch to be my "go to" preferred store UNLESS I happened to be near or running other errands in the same or adjacent plaza nearby. THAT IS UNTIL THIS EVENING BECAUSE OF the kindness extended beyond the realm of good customer service from two employees, HENRY and ANDRE. I had a shopping bag + a handful of Amazon returns that I needed to drop off BEFORE they closed apparently at the same time that half of the people in Boca Raton decided to go to the same shopping plaza and basically having better odds of winning the lottery THAN finding a parking spot BEFORE they closed! After circling almost 10min for an open parking spot OR the "curbside no parking zone" I hit the found an open parking spot jackpot right in front of the UPS store too. UNFORTUNATELY in between juggling an arm full of packages plus a large shopping bag of returns over my shoulder, I see an employee starting to vacuum inside and another about to lock the door. As juggled and struggled to I look at my watch to see it was exactly 7:01pm, one of the above mentioned employees, Henry, got my attention right as I was about to turn around to leave got mt attention AND waved me in despite the young man vacuuming mouthing "sorry we're already closed." What I found most outstanding was not only were they compassionate and willing to assist me when they absolutely weren't required to despite not having yet closed down their registers or what have you, the young man vacuuming stopped and even slightly apologized for trying to gesture they were closed as he was unaware of his colleague behind him waving me in. Moreover, Andre who was working alongside of Henry reinforced Henry's insistence of not feeling put out or inconvenienced to serve me and added a bit of humorous banter which ultimately plants seeds for customer loyalty that makes the difference between a customer feeling like a burden or valued.

This seems to be the acceptable motto with UPS. USPS has better customer service than a privately owned business, ridiculous.
