  I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s honestly a shame how unresponsive and unprofessional they are. I first contacted the Fort Lauderdale office and had to call back every day for a week just to get in touch with a recruiter. When I finally spoke with her—after being told multiple times she’d call me back or was in a meeting or training—she ended up transferring my application to the Boca office because the areas I was interested in weren’t available through her. I then called the Boca office on a Tuesday and left a voicemail. Two weeks went by with no call, text, or email—absolutely no follow-up. And to make matters worse, I applied for multiple jobs on their website, and guess what? No one EVER reached out. Not once. It’s a disgrace how no one had the courtesy to reach out or even send a simple message. If they had just said they couldn’t help or were too busy, I would have understood. But complete silence? That’s just ridiculous. This was a waste of my time, and I give them zero stars. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  Unfortunate. I wish I had read the reviews before contacting this establishment. I'm disappointed with the lack of service...I called, spoke with a recruiter who followed up with an email in order that I can email my resume to him, which I did do. I've called, left messages, emailed and never heard back from him. Some feedback would have been helpful. Really poor customer service.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am an internationally recognized recording artist and Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Photographer with 30 years of experience creating images for Disney, RCA/Victor Records and major corporations. Robert Half Recruiters did NOT return any messages left with their creative department. I had hoped that someone would at least call and say...something, anything, even "we can't help you" would be acceptable, or "Forgetaboutit". However, I did not want to be a nuisance so I stopped trying to reach them. Don't get your hopes up.

  Do not waste your time with this place! They are very rude, and they do not take kindly when they are questioned about the validity of their jobs. That is, when you questioned them about why it is taking so long to find you a job, or even get an interview! They give you a big runaround and they are not good at placing you in jobs where you qualify. I came in under the impression that I was there for an interview, but that was a lie. I was placed in a room where they went over my resume and they told me that I was very qualified. I was promised a few interviews, but they never came around. Moving forward a few weeks later, I had to call them to see the status of my profile and what was going on. I got the same runaround : We are working to find you a job that you qualify for, I recently got a new job posting, would you like for me to put you in for it. That is their standard blurb. You’re better off going to a career center. This place is horrible and the staff is full of lies and false hopes. Luckily for me, I just got a job a week ago so I’m not working with them anymore!! I’m free! Do not do not do not do not waste your time with these people. They are going to sound really friendly at first, but they are a big waste of time!

  Amazing experience. They contacted me through an indeed ad and were so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Within 24 hours of speaking to them, I had a very promising, very excellent job interview and was hired just one day later. The girls there have AWESOME response time, are professional and incredibly diligent. I was helped by Ronaq and Megan, both of which were wonderful. Thank you!
