    I rarely write reviews, but I truly wish I could give this location zero stars But I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. When I tried to ship a package, the employee complained that the address was too long to fit on their computer screen. I responded that it was their job to figure out how to enter the address correctly. From there, the interaction went downhill. The employee became visibly irritated and spoke to me in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner before handing me off to a coworker. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially in front of other customers. I ultimately left and took my business to another shipping location, where the staff had no issue entering the exact same address. Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives like the U.S. Postal Service and UPS, and I will be using those from now on instead of this FedEx location.

    I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences of my life at this FedEx location today. I’m a young woman who lives out of state from my parents and recently upgraded my phone through Verizon. The package was under my father’s name since he’s the account manager, but my phone number and contact information were listed on the delivery. After missing the delivery attempts due to work, Verizon confirmed I could pick up the package at this location. When I arrived, I politely explained the situation. The employee retrieved the package but, after checking my ID (same last name and address as my father’s), abruptly said, “You’re not Vincent,” and refused to speak to me further. He waved me off and told the next person in line to step up. I was respectful and simply trying to find a solution, explaining my father couldn’t be there in person, but he was dismissive and raised his voice. I went to my car and called Verizon. The representative confirmed authorization for me to pick up the package and even spoke directly to the FedEx employee through my phone. They also called the FedEx customer service line to verify my identity and confirm authorization from their end. Despite Verizon’s confirmation through both channels, the staff still refused to help or even acknowledge the representative on the line. When I returned, another employee, Michael, told me he was “not willing to help find a resolution.” A female employee then said to her coworker, “Tell her we’re not helping her, I don’t know what she’s doing here,” while I was standing right there. The way I was spoken to was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Even if policy prevented them from releasing the package, there was absolutely no empathy, professionalism, or effort to guide me toward a solution. They didn’t explain next steps or offer any direction for what I could do. Instead, they were cold, dismissive, and made me feel like I was doing something wrong just for trying to pick up a package that Verizon themselves said I was authorized to get. I left the store in tears. The Verizon representative who had been on speaker the entire time apologized to me and said the way I was treated was unacceptable. I truly hope FedEx management reviews the behavior of the employees at this location — no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect, especially when they’ve done everything right.

    Horrible experience anytime I’m expecting a package with FedEx. The driver doesn’t even attempt to enter my building to deliver my package. Takes a picture of the closed building door and says no-one was home. Absolutely horrible service. Should hand all business over to Amazon, at least they can deliver a package…
