When I tried to ship a package, the employee complained that the address was too long to fit on their computer screen. I responded that it was their job to figure out how to enter the address correctly. From there, the interaction went downhill. The employee became visibly irritated and spoke to me in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner before handing me off to a coworker. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially in front of other customers. I ultimately left and took my business to another shipping location, where the staff had no issue entering the exact same address. Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives like the U.S. Postal Service and UPS, and I will be using those from now on instead of this FedEx location.
