- SSswh0812Dec 22, 20251.0Awful service! I dropped a thin little book to get bound on saturday. It should have been done then, but the employee told me don't worry I'll be ready by tomorrow, Sunday. After not hearing anything on sunday, I called him on Monday only to find out they never even started working on it, and there was no ticket to show that it was a project. The assistant manager of marlin, was trying to charge me a fee that had already been waived by the manager Carlos. Apparently, FedEx office isn't fine with just gouging you with their normal prices, if your order is under $50, they need to whack you with another $2.50 hit for simply being under $50. Incredibly poor service, and they simply do not care about customers.

I came in with a big printing project and Alexus and Carlos took care of everything with professionalism and a great attitude. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail came out exactly the way I needed. It’s not easy to find a team that takes pride in their work, but these two absolutely do. From helping me choose the right paper to getting all the printing and finishing done perfectly, they went above and beyond. My project turned out fantastic thanks to them. If you need anything printed—simple or complex—this is definitely the place to go. Huge thanks to Alexus and Carlos for the excellent service!

My god She scared me o thought she gonna hit me !! I will never go back there that’s the worst customer service I had ever I suppose to report her
