- MHMaryLynn HarringtonMar 23, 20265.0I’ve lived in Big Pine full-time for almost five years, and during that time I’ve used this UPS Store many times, mostly for Amazon returns. Every experience has been consistently positive. Heidi and her staff are always polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. Returns can sometimes be confusing with all the different options, but they handle everything smoothly and professionally every time. Even when I’ve brought in multiple returns at once, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I just want to say thank you. The level of service here does not go unnoticed, and it’s very much appreciated.

When you call the number they answer and say that they have no idea when it will be fixed and your other option is either Key West or Marathon. It is convenient to have a ups store on BPK, but I do wish they would actually be open during business hours.

They charge $1.50 for a strip of tape (like one strip on an envelope), they won’t accept packages for you without a package receiving document being in place. And then they charge an additional $7.50 per package to pickup through ups!! I’ve never seen an ups store so poorly run. I will never use this ups store if it can be avoided from here on out, rude customer service and complete disregard for what helping folks is all about.
- MMMichael MinorNov 4, 20251.0They suck. It’s 530 and they’re open until six, but they won’t notarize something because the notary cut off is 430. What the hell does that mean? It means at 4:30 my arm doesn’t work to push the stamp. What a crock you know what. That’s just plain laziness is all that is. Three people in there and they refuse to give me a stamp and a signature. House that for customer service.
