They charge $1.50 for a strip of tape (like one strip on an envelope), they won’t accept packages for you without a package receiving document being in place. And then they charge an additional $7.50 per package to pickup through ups!! I’ve never seen an ups store so poorly run. I will never use this ups store if it can be avoided from here on out, rude customer service and complete disregard for what helping folks is all about.

It means at 4:30 my arm doesn’t work to push the stamp. What a crock you know what. That’s just plain laziness is all that is. Three people in there and they refuse to give me a stamp and a signature. House that for customer service.
