- EREfrain ReyesMar 21, 20251.0Ordered my pair of Contact Lenses from Lens.com and was supposed to get it in 7-10 B Days, never got them, and after circles and circles of calling multiple people I find out that this Postal Office claims that no one lives at My address so it never showed up which makes absolutely no sense when My House number is Obvious and it's also Obvious someone lives there. I'm not one to leave reviews but the fact that I ordered these ahead of time for my Camping Trip with my kids and still haven't gotten them as of today and the lact of communication is just ridiculous and unprofessional. Praying I get my Stuff soon, looks like a blind Weekend for me and another Week of no glasses or contacts smh.
