- BDBrian DeSpainFeb 7, 20252.0I’ll give it a two star for the fact they are 1/3 in getting my packages to its location. The customer service is great, not a problem with them at all. They do their job very well. **Every time I pay extra, it takes weeks for my package to arrive when it is supposed to arrive be 2-3 days (not guaranteed) I get that, but don’t leave the option to collect extra money for a service you won’t provide. I recently sent a package on the 21st of January, that JUST NOW update that it is in Jacksonville 17 days later. Not even close to the destination yet. The USPS service has been really bad, and I will not be using it to deliver my packages again.
