- NTNick TennantOct 24, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Conveniently, mail is not being delivered. I have informed digest and clearly see my mail pieces I should be receiving for the day but they never show. Not on the day, the week, the month, or ever. Conveniently, they have "lost" multiple checks, healthcare bills, my dmv registration, wedding invitations, etc. They don't care. Impossible to even contact someone to complain or investigate. Hopefully the postmaster does something, but seems impossible to even contact her. Just have to spend additional money to replace lost items. Where does all this undelivered mail go?

I moved here a month ago and have already had numerous pieces of mail not get delivered to my mailbox. I did a change of address so I know its not a getting rerouted somewhere else. I have tried calling this post office multiple times and each time I have given up after waiting over an hour on hold. Sounds like I have not been the only one dealing with issues with this post office as seen by the horrible reviews. This place needs to make some serious organizational changes.

Someone came up, but helped another person instead of me. After two peoole got helped before me, I spoke up asking when someone was going to help me. John got aggravated and said I needed to wait my turn. But he pulled me to the front so I could be helped next? Then when he finally got to me, I was asking questions about how to get my mail since we got a paper saying my mail was being held at this location. He then got mad, interrupted me and said "no you need to listen to me" while I was asking a simple question about how I can get my mail. Extremely rude and unprofessional. None of my questions were answered and he did not offer to assist with anything, just saying to call the carrier to get my mail. The paper i got in the mail says to come to this usps location for my mail... John was not helpful, and rude

Treated me like i was stupid the whole time and when i asked for help he singled me out of the line and said he would have someone help instead helped other people and when i spoke up to get help he said there’s more people ahead of me. Even worse trying to converse with the man is horrible instead of being clear and kind he was belittling and rude i asked a question about vacant mail and he said shut up and listen to me instead of even trying to help me. I’m now left with more questions on how to even reclaim my mail and i believe he should be fired and i would like to get in touch with a manger. EMBARRASSING!!!!!!!!
