EDIT:They put it in the wrong mailbox! so I never would have been able to get my package without chasing down the mail man today. Appreciate the mailman who helped me today. I have informed digest and clearly see my mail pieces I should be receiving for the day but they never show. Not on the day, the week, the month, or ever. Conveniently, they have "lost" multiple checks, healthcare bills, my dmv registration, wedding invitations, etc. They don't care. Impossible to even contact someone to complain or investigate. Hopefully the postmaster does something, but seems impossible to even contact her. Just have to spend additional money to replace lost items. Where does all this undelivered mail go?

I moved here a month ago and have already had numerous pieces of mail not get delivered to my mailbox. I did a change of address so I know its not a getting rerouted somewhere else. I have tried calling this post office multiple times and each time I have given up after waiting over an hour on hold. Sounds like I have not been the only one dealing with issues with this post office as seen by the horrible reviews. This place needs to make some serious organizational changes.
