I went in there to have them resolve my issue and help me get my package delivered And they were incredibly rude. A woman named Colleen was nasty and condescending and made very rude remarks on my way out, I will be contacting the corporate offices and the regional manager in regards to the egregious customer service that I received.

However, there’s an older woman who if you get her is very difficult to deal with and very unhelpful so avoid her and you should be good ! Edit: there is a young lady there who was very helpful about a lost package during holidays, hire/promote more people like this 👍
