  The staff were friendly and helpful but my shipment arrived damaged due to the way the store packed the items. Oil paintings were packed on the outside of a table next to the outside of the box which resulted in stretched canvases. There was no boxing or bubble wrap taped on the items. I contacted the store several times and was assured a response - still waiting weeks later. I submitted a claim to UPS because I spent over $500 for the shipment and additional funds for insurance. Now they are telling me I need photos of all 6 sides of the box and more. While I understand the need for documentation and proof, this is a bit unreasonable to expect after weeks of waiting. Very disappointing - UPS services are not what they used to be!

  My first time doing an Amazon return. The store is immaculate and the staff member was kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. We live almost an hour away and I won't hesitate to use them again, unless they come to our town!

  I just want to say thank you to the ladies that helped me today at the store. I apologize for not thinking of asking you names. You are truly amazing and how quickly you helped me. You were very kind and understanding and I appreciate the you took care of what I needed and I couldn’t have done it without you. So thank you
