- BSBriana SkilesMar 19, 20261.0In all my 15 years of shipping and selling things, have I ever been told I cannot get a USPS drop off receipt. Today, however, I was! I needed a receipt because I dropped something off that I had sold online. That way in case of a dispute for any reason, I have proof that I dropped the item off. I have never had an issue before getting a receipt until today at this location. They told me to check the tracking. Well yeah, no crap check the tracking. I don’t care. I still want a receipt and proof I dropped the item to cover myself. Now I have no way of doing that. The two men working couldn’t have cared less and essentially stopped talking to me and ignored my concern. Oh well for me! Hopefully the customer I sold the item to is not a difficult one, but who cares, right? I’ll never come to this location again and I’ll warn everyone else I know. Had I known he was going to tell me “oh well” I would have simply gone to another location that could have produced me a drop off receipt. Thanks for the first horrible experience at a usps!

On two occasions, I had things delivered while my mail was on hold and somehow those items disappeared. Not sure what the problem is. The front associates are nice and helpful, the mail carriers dont seem to pay attention or care
