I use the large drop box at this post office to send packages several days a week, and up until recently it worked fine. Now about half of my packages are not being scanned at all. When we asked about it, we were told that they “do not scan drop box packages.” That is simply not true, and they insisted on it anyway. Why would this branch refuse to use the tracking system that USPS provides? Tracking is included on the labels for a reason. Every other branch we’ve used scans them without any issue. On top of that, we have a PO box here and they keep putting someone else’s mail in it. We have told them repeatedly over the past six months. There is even a note inside the box clearly saying to only place our mail, yet the problem keeps happening. Twice we have stood in line to hand the misplaced mail back, only for it to show up in our PO box again the next day. It really feels like the employees here simply do not care about accuracy or the systems USPS already has in place for tracking. We’ve started using a much smaller branch in Ocoee and they scan everything without any trouble. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Saturdays are busy but the 2 clerks on duty were friendly, helpful, and moved quickly. They had the line moving smoothly. Spent less than 15 minutes there, even thou I was 6th in line.
