    I came here days before Christmas (busiest time for year) after already spending $10 at Staples to print a return label that just would not print correctly & was not usable. The girl working there had a line of customers it was still so patient kind and helpful to me. She helped me figure out how to email them my label, she printed it out & got it attached to my packages so they could get shipped. I’m so grateful not only for her helping me figure out a solution to get my problem but also just for her overall kindness. She could see the stress in my eyes and her being so patient and helpful truly made my day. I highly recommend this location. Their customer service is top-tier & I will be a customer for life.

    Serali helped me with printing some papers for work and was a genuine pleasure to do business with. She was bubbly and kind but in a professional way and educated me on some of the machinery they use behind the counter. Also she was very clear about the pricing upfront which I'm sure has avoided many conflicts that arise at checkout for these kinds of tasks. Keep being yourself Serali!

They helped me process my order and print my labels when I forgot my glasses. They were quick to respond, professional, and truly made me feel valued throughout the entire process.
