- RRRKSep 20, 20251.0The people who work here including the owners of the store do not have complete knowledge on how to create international labels and commercial invoices. They are inadequately trained and gaslight the customers into thinking that they are asking for something that is not possible. I went to FedEx and they helped me create the label in the correct format with the correct from address and even created a commercial invoice for me. The employee at this store told me that all the labels that they create will only have their store address as the from address and they can't change it. That didn't sound right to me Anyways, if you are doing international shipments, you are better off going to a different store.
