La primera persona con la que hable (Scott ) le pregunté si era allí el happy returns y contesto con una muy mala actitud y su pobre cara roja " SI, PERO TENGO MUCHA GENTE ANTES Q USTED " le contesté señor solo estoy preguntando para verificar antes de hacer un fila de 5 personas y con su misma mala actitud me miró y me dijo "SOLO ESTOY DICIENDO" Luego de un rato .. vino a atenderme y se quejó de "porque todos vienen al mismo tiempo" obviamente no pudo hacer su trabajo porqué estaba completamente frustrado porque la tienda tenía 10 clientes... no tienen ni idea de servicio al cliente, cero tolerancia a la frustración ( de q todo los clientes lleven a las 6 pm) para no hacer esto más aburrido quiso dividir mis devoluciones a su parecer y esto haría q la tienda donde las pedi no me devolviera mi dinero o me cobrará por otra devolucio ... Y NO SE LO PERMITI !! Probable el miembro menos fuerte de su equipo... Cero servicio al cliente !!!
