- JBJim BrennanDec 29, 20251.0I wish both post offices had not pulled out of Apollo Beach Fl since I have two horrible experiences in a row with the UPS Store!!! The fees for a small item was $14 UPS Ground so I elected to buy stamps and mail both packages. They weighed them and sold me a book of stamps for $20. I thought the stamps are worth $1.25 each and was not told it was an $8 up-charge for the stamps. Both packages got returned for insufficient postage almost a month later. I went in today and the staff was very short with me and told me they couldn’t do anything. I sent the one package again by UPS to get a tracking number and should have been offered some discount. This store should not be allowed to upsell postage stamps without a clear picture of the extra costs. I’ll make the drive to an actual post office next time and am very disappointed with their service.
