When I requested to speak to a manager or asked who was running the store, he refused to provide that information. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated with such disrespect. Transparency and professionalism should be standard. I will be escalating this matter and filing a formal complaint. I hope the store leadership takes this seriously and works to improve customer service moving forward. Sun city location 3060
