The reason why I rated 1 star is bc the delivery drivers in my area are lazy, can’t read mail, and pretty much do whatever they want I guess. I’ve tried filing complaints with supervisors and problems I’ve had over the last year+ and no one seems to care. Truly, what’s the point in paying for a service if I have to ultimately go get it myself?
