Worst service ever. So today I went as soon as they opened. The so called employee didn’t even greet me and the lady behind me. He just opened the door and walked away. Also I went there to pick up a package that was sent there when it wasn’t supposed to. I asked if I could get my package that was missent and he said he couldn’t. Mind you the package didn’t even have the post office address on there so the delivery driver brung it to the wrong post office. So I’m in the wrong, no, because I didn’t send it to the post office, but the post office received it. So I went up there to receive it myself because it was just gonna be returned to sender. Mind you I’ve been waiting weeks for this package and now I have to wait even more weeks just for them to send it back. This is why I don’t have a PO Box there because they have the worst customer service. Even if they aren’t allowed to give me my package, they could have handled the situation better and gave me a resolution. Honestly, this post office can really get cussed out, but I’m am a civilized person so I just left. One star absolutely horrible.

I will be reporting... Just haven't had the time to do it yet. But a couple weeks ago I went to drop a couple small packages off here... If I can remember correctly there were two 4x6 bubble mailers and one 5x7 bubble mailer. I dropped them in the drop box... According to the USPS website ALL domestic mail weighing less than 10oz or that is ½ inch thick or less can be dropped into these collection boxes. All of my parcels were 4oz or less. Therefore, this shouldn't have been an issue... But it was! I can hear someone talking from behind the wall where the drop box is... But OBVIOUSLY since they were talking from behind a wall I couldn't hear what they were saying. So I asked, "Are you talking to me?" I paused and got no response. So I proceeded to let my 5 yr old daughter drop the packages in the box. A moment later a guy opens the door, which must have been less than 2 feet from where he was standing while talking to me from behind the wall. He begins to scold me saying, I said you can't put packages in this box because they squish the letters... Which immediately sounded like the dumbest thing I've ever heard because there's TONS of drop boxes for BOTH letters and packages. But I just said, "Well I couldn't hear you you from behind the wall, which is why I asked if you were talking to me. And since you didn't answer me I assumed you weren't." I can't remember what he said next but he was very rude about all of it. Clearly, he's just lazy, too lazy to walk 2 feet to the door to speak to someone directly rather than from behind a wall, too lazy to be bothered with packages... Or probably any additional mail that might be dropped off there. So he just lies to the customer instead. Idk what happened to USPS but man they sure have went downhill! And now just because he lied to my face about this I will be dropping ALL my packages under 10 oz or smaller than ½ of an inch off there! It is listed as a collection box site on the USPS website, therefore, I can and will drop off my packages there. And if something happens to one of my items in retaliation I will file a police report... Because I'm fed up with postal workers thinking they're above the law. It's disgusting!
