- MCMeri & John COct 3, 20255.0The Anna Maria Post Office is the best! Kristen who has recently become the Postmaster is friendly yet professional. She always greets us when we come in. I had a misdirected package recently and she was able to locate it and get it headed back to me and delivered. Jonathan who is a new addition to this Post Office is very friendly and helpful. I think other Post Offices could learn about great customer service by spending time here!

I went in with a smile on my face this morning and I walked out in tears. Fortunately, I understand that this type of behavior comes from very angry, frustrated and unhappy individuals. As much as I did not appreciate being bullied, I also hope a ray of sunlight shines on Sue to open her heart.
