Walking into this place is like stepping into a time portal where customer service went to die. The woman working here (dark hair, probably in her late 50s, and full of bitterness and vinegar) must be the reigning champion of the "Least Helpful Public Servant" award. If you have been waiting in line even six seconds after closing, she’ll look at you like you just kicked her dog — never mind that she’s still inside, probably doing absolutely nothing. Even if you walk in five minutes before closing, be prepared to get snapped at like you just insulted her entire family line. Her favorite pastime? Blaming customers for everything — from her slow computer to the tragic state of her attitude. Ask a basic question, and she acts like you've asked her to hand-write a thousand-page novel. It's almost impressive how committed she is to hating her job. I genuinely hope she finds another profession — maybe a cactus farm, where being prickly is at least expected. Coming here feels like participating in a psychological experiment: How much customer neglect can one person dish out before someone loses their mind? Spoiler alert — she's winning.
