I had to purchase a shipping box ($4) to send them back but at least I was able to quickly get that gone. The lady working today greeted me and was friendly as she helped me
- PBPaul BramerMar 27, 20261.0I paid to have a guitar amplifier packed at this store and a quote for shipping for my buyer. When I collected the funds from the buyer the next day, I went back and the shipping jumped another $100 because of packaging dimensions, wich I asked to be included in the quote that I paid them to pack. I could have asked the correct shipping amount from the buyer. They responded to my complaint via email saying the quote was for the unpacked item. These people have no interest in providing value for their customers and are not serious about applying common sense and satisfying customer needs with their service. And the packing, a $23 cost, was unimpressive.

I could not get the items to fit correctly back into the box and I expressed that I was having a difficult time and they did nothing to help me out but wanted an additional $22 for another box. Will not be coming back to this location ever again!
