  I could not be happier with the staff at this FedEx Office location. I went in on a longshot. I FedExed two documents on October 1, 2025, but the documents were not docketed on the court's website. I did not have the tracking numbers. I got literally nowhere calling FedEx. I took a shot and went into this location. I FedExed the documents from the Davie, Florida FedEx Office, but the staff here was able to locate the the tracking numbers and I was able to confirm that the documents were delivered to the clerk of court and the judge's office. My only regret is that I did not get the woman's name who assisted me.

  I absolutely agree with Blanca's review before me! A BIG 'Shout Out' to Tori, Mr. Abraham and Michele - ALL three!! Most recently I went into my local Altamonte Springs FedEx Office seriously needing help in filling out an online apartment rental application for which I was cosigning on the behalf of my sister who is out of state. It required uploading documents, and, in my opinion, the apartment complex's application program was not at all user friendly. I had spent time and effort working on this on my own, was under a time deadline, and was very stressed, AND the Internet was giving difficulty. All ultimately needed to be completed via my phone. Tori made sure she was available when I was ready, and given my lack of 'tech savvy,' she absolutely 'dominated,' graciously and gracefully, in bringing EVERYTHING to completion - and there was A LOT to bring to completion! My sister was approved for her new apartment, and all is well! This is not a first, but was for me the most dramatic situation where a team member came to my rescue, through Knowledge, Expertise, Confidence and Professionalism. Tori has assisted me numerous times, as has Mr. Abraham, and I have likewise been consistently impressed at his noteworthy expertise in easily resolving which for me have been complicated online issues. On a FedEx matter, Michele assisted me in an overnight mailing to the Whitehouse. I was very impressed by her calm and capable knowledge in walking me through the process, her discretion and careful confidentiality, given the nature of my request, and her high level of professionalism, which also is Equally Applied to the numerous times Tori and Mr. Abraham have assisted me with Confidence and a Smile!
