- CMchristina marieNov 15, 20255.0i don’t typically write reviews, but i feel like this is needed. i recently moved to the area, and my apartment complex has been everything BUT helpful in getting my keys made for my mailbox. when i had come to the post office, because it had been about 3 weeks past the due date, you can imagine i would be frustrated. However, Supervisor GLENN and other staff were extremely understanding and patient. they were eager to help me and went out of their way to make me their priority. I’ve also come by to drop packages off, and every member i’ve had was very knowledgeable and helpful, which is uncommon when i go to other post offices. great job team! Thank you for your help and service! Happy Holidays ahead!
- WFw fNov 12, 20251.0The mail carrier stuffs your items in the mailbox not caring if the mail is getting smashed. The mail carrier clearly doesn't care about anyone and is just a check collector. This time the mail carrier stuffed a box too large for the box. It was stuff in there and I could not get it out. Thankfully a Amazon driver was a le to help me. The box was 6 x 9 x 2. And the mailbox it was jammed in was that size or smaller. And a few months ago I didn't receive a lap top, the mail carrier either took it or delivered elsewhere. The manager was lame and refused to take responsibility or help just filled with excuses. Sad the post office went to crap with people that just collect checks and don't give a care.
