HEADS UP: this location lets you schedule fingerprinting appointments from 9am - 5pm, but when I showed up for my scheduled time, I was told they actually only do fingerprinting from 10am - 4pm. Obviously that was never mentioned when booking. I drove across town for this and was very disappointed to be met with rude, unprofessional behavior. The staff laughed when I pointed out the mismatch and showed no concern at all for the time and inconvenience they caused. No apology, no attempt to help or reschedule — nothing. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for fingerprinting (and any other business you might be thinking of taking there).
