I politely mentioned that it would be nice to be greeted, and she just stared at me without saying a word. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. On top of that, I was trying to return an Amazon package that was already in a box, and she told me the box wasn’t “good enough” and that I had to buy one from them—even though it was basically the same as what I already had. It came across as rude and unnecessary. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect from UPS.
