  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could give 10 stars! The FedEx team in Altamonte Springs is absolutely wonderful. Tori and Abraham consistently go above and beyond with their customer service. Everyone there is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and their smiles truly make the load feel lighter. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and that kind of service is rare these days. Thank you all for making every visit such a positive experience, I really appreciate you!

  I had ordered a photo of my grandmother to be printed on a foam board for her memorial service from Walmart. The day we were supposed to leave for Bradenton I got notification the print would be delayed with no explanation. Panicked and devastated that my grandmother would not have her memorial photo I walked into FedEx and explained my situation to Michelle. She immediately put me at ease and told me she’s got it covered. The print was available in about an hour and it turned out beautifully. I believe Tori is the woman who checked me out and she was equally sweet and kind along with another woman I didn’t catch her name. I heard the employees sharing some fun batter with each other and it really felt like they enjoyed working there. Thank you so much to this entire FedEx team for making sure my grandmother receives the send off she deserves. You have no idea how much you helped me and my family. The customer service made all the difference in making me feel at ease that they had things under control. The reviews that mention horrible customer service must have gone to a different store because I had a wonderful experience.
