I understand stepping outside for better reception but the entire premise is to email your stuff to be printed. If you send to the store email it should send you a code because y’all aren’t readily available and I’m missing out of money taking so long to print something in 2025. I feel like I rode a horse and carriage to get there dealing with this. And yes I checked the email I sent it too.

She asked if I could leave it and she would try it the next day. She made my book look brand new! I was fully expecting her to say that it was impossible and for me to come pick up my book. But she tried until it worked! This really made my day! The customer service in this store is top notch! Thank you FED EX ALTAMONTE!
