  I came in today to ship a few items back to a company that had previously mailed them to me. Marie assisted me, and unfortunately the experience was unpleasant. Her attitude did not feel friendly or welcoming. I believe customer-facing representatives should be approachable, positive, and focused on helping—not making a simple transaction more difficult than necessary. I explained that this was an RMA return and that I only wanted to purchase a box with bubble wrap to safely send back non-working equipment. However, she repeatedly insisted on counting every item in the box, seemingly to add additional services I did not request. I clearly asked for the basic service only, but despite that, the interaction became increasingly frustrating. When I tried to calmly provide feedback about my experience, she appeared to take it personally and interpreted it as rudeness, which was not my intention at all. I was simply sharing my honest opinion as a customer. The situation escalated to the point where she became so frustrated that she was unable to complete the transaction and had to ask her coworker to step in and finish it. Overall, this could have been a very simple and positive experience, but it was made unnecessarily difficult.

  I always have a great experience at this FedEx location in Altamonte. The staff here are consistently helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right, and they’ve been extremely reliable with all of my printing needs. Highly recommend!

  I had the air bill filled out completely and attached to the Fed X envelope. The clerk for some odd reason somehow entered the information incorrectly as the package was sent back to me and not the recipient. Very unhappy.

  Sometimes something so incredibly simple can have a crazy big impact. I just left the location a short while ago and needed to do a quick shout out before I forget. I wish I had made note of the name of the person that helped me. I was just dropping off a pre-labeled package, a simple in and out exercise that required little interaction. And somehow, I managed to leave with a big smile on my face. The encounter lasted longer than it needed to. Not because she was slow, but because at some point she decided that she was there to provide a service and she would take that as an opportunity to make people's days a little brighter. It's sad that in this heads down, airPods connected world that we are surprised when someone takes the time to be kind, extend a smile, and bring some joy to our day. I almost went back in to ask if she owned the store, because she acted like an owner that really cared about her customers. It was 10:10 am on 9/23/25 and the lady had shoulder length blond hair. That should be enough for management to identify her, and I sincerely hope you will reach out and let her know how lucky you are to have her!
