- DNDrew NewmanSep 23, 20255.0Sometimes something so incredibly simple can have a crazy big impact. I just left the location a short while ago and needed to do a quick shout out before I forget. I wish I had made note of the name of the person that helped me. I was just dropping off a pre-labeled package, a simple in and out exercise that required little interaction. And somehow, I managed to leave with a big smile on my face. The encounter lasted longer than it needed to. Not because she was slow, but because at some point she decided that she was there to provide a service and she would take that as an opportunity to make people's days a little brighter. It's sad that in this heads down, airPods connected world that we are surprised when someone takes the time to be kind, extend a smile, and bring some joy to our day. I almost went back in to ask if she owned the store, because she acted like an owner that really cared about her customers. It was 10:10 am on 9/23/25 and the lady had shoulder length blond hair. That should be enough for management to identify her, and I sincerely hope you will reach out and let her know how lucky you are to have her!
