I told him I don’t just carry tape on me. He then decided that he wasn’t going to send my package so he refunded me rather than just give me a piece of tape to send it. Will never be going back here. Terrible customer service.

Once someone picked up they never asked me to provide my phone number in case of call if disconnected and sure enough the call got disconnected. 40 minutes went to waste. POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE
