I told him I don’t just carry tape on me. He then decided that he wasn’t going to send my package so he refunded me rather than just give me a piece of tape to send it. Will never be going back here. Terrible customer service.

The supervisor was so disrespectful wouldn’t allow me to get a package that went my physical address. Told me to take it up with Amazon not his problem. How am I supposed to know how Amazon going to send a package. So because I didn’t have a “mailbox” at my residence he said it was company policy I couldn’t get my package. Then the way he spoke to Mr.Lyn broke my heart. A man who’s been in postal service and serving Alachua over 40 years to be treated like that in front of customers is unacceptable. Do better city of Alachua
