- KYKylie YoderFeb 12, 20241.0So where are we gonna start? The giant pot hole right behind the only available parking spot not labeled handicap. How about the hours changing more than often the the color of cards on a game of uno. We can also mention that half of our mail was not even going to our correct P.O. Box and was reported as lost. I just hope that one day they give us all the opportunity of having a mail box so we, along with an entire road full of disappointed people can finally get our mail. And I don’t want to hear any thing regarding the very helpful staff that have passed through that office. The lack of resources and bathroom (port a potties don’t count) are very disappointing.

We bought a home on the same street as this “post office” and cannot have mail delivered to our home for whatever reason so we’re forced to use the post office. We were told that we didn’t need to pay for the post office box because we cannot receive mail at our home. I went to check my mail the other day and now I owe a payment for a post office box that I NEVER EVEN WANTED?!?! I’ve lived here for over a year and never had to pay(and was told we didn’t have to). I’ve gone to the post office 3 different times and no one is there, they just unlock the door and leave. I can’t even get help to get my mail. The postal service was supposed to get back with me a week ago and of course no one has. I’m at a loss. My kids have packages for school that I can’t even receive.

Our mail should be delivered to our home like EVERYONE ELSE.....
