- KYKylie YoderFeb 12, 20241.0So where are we gonna start? The giant pot hole right behind the only available parking spot not labeled handicap. How about the hours changing more than often the the color of cards on a game of uno. We can also mention that half of our mail was not even going to our correct P.O. Box and was reported as lost. I just hope that one day they give us all the opportunity of having a mail box so we, along with an entire road full of disappointed people can finally get our mail. And I don’t want to hear any thing regarding the very helpful staff that have passed through that office. The lack of resources and bathroom (port a potties don’t count) are very disappointing.
- RCRiverside Lure coOct 24, 20221.0This is now as obstruction of mail s1701 and is crime for a post office to withhold mail from the public. Edit July 26 and 27 no one was at the post office again. Door left unlocked and no way to get my personal or business packages. It probably won't do any good but a complaint has been filed through USPS. This place is an absolute joke!!! Edit* jul 25: now been two days of showing up to get my packages that contain live plants and no one being at the post office during business hours. Went multiple times between 1-430 and no one showed up. The staff is always nice, but if I could give this 0 stars I would. unfortunately we have shown up 10 or more times to no one being there during business hours, can't get packages that need to be picked up in a timely manor, shipping and receiving is a nightmare. Ive gone there in one day at 1 2 4 and 430 when the close and no one will be there.
- SKStacy KernsSep 16, 20221.0Window hours are Mon-Fri 12:30-4:30. Bad enough that the hours are shortened and even worse when you show up at 1:00 and no one is there. There was also a sign instructing you to leave your outgoing mail on the counter! No thank you, I prefer not to have my mail stolen.
- TFTravis FriedmanMay 19, 20221.0I had a #0 size bubble mailer to ship and was unable to because the drop box has an absurdly small opening that will not accommodate anything larger than a letter. Most USPS drop boxes are able to handle a package this small.
