- CVcarolina valerio6 days ago1.0This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I went there to get my passport my appointment was at 11:45, and I arrived at 11:00. I waited outside for them to call me, but they never did. There were many people waiting. When I finally decided to go inside, I had to stand in line again. From the moment I arrived, I had already filled out my form. When it was finally my turn, they told me they couldn’t assist me because my appointment time had already passed. But the problem was not mine it was theirs. They made me wait, even though I arrived early. I will not be coming back here again.
- JEJ EngMar 18, 20261.0This is the worst office if you need to do a passport. I am 75 and have cognitive issues. The woman was so unhelpful. You can see she was getting flustered when i was asking the hows and whys. She also gave that inpatient look when i asked any questions. I just hope my passport went through ok. I will never come back here again. My tax dollars is paying these people who give bad service at this post office!

- JWJordan WoodsideJan 20, 20261.0Got turned away from a passport appointment when I was 8 minutes late, with the form already filled out. Some flexibility would really be appreciated but I’m not sure if they just don’t want to do their job, or if they’ll actually get screwed for taking someone so late(8 mins). Even though its well known the whole process takes less than 15mins. There was only one, older, counter lady though. Hope they can add more staff to this location, its so nice otherwise. Maybe someone specifically for passports, in the Trump era it seems like all of the appointments are filled up each day. (We’re ready to gtfo).

They are personable & friendly even after working long, stressful days. Sometimes there are longer wait times bc they are understaffed or doing passport appts, but 9 out of every 10 times its under 5 mins for me.
