- MPMadison PlazioJan 20, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this USPS location. Every time I visit, I encounter the same staff member, Collins Melody, who consistently talks down to me and makes me feel belittled due to my speech impediment. Today was particularly upsetting—when I made a mistake signing a check to pay for stamps, she laughed at me and even said she couldn’t tell if I had any brain cells, then refused to serve me. Fortunately, the manager was very kind and helpful, and I was able to get the stamps I needed thanks to him. However, it is unacceptable for any customer to be treated this way, and I hope USPS takes this complaint seriously. No one should be humiliated or denied service for a minor mistake or because of a speech difference.

There are 3 particular staff members (women) who are always pleasant, friendly, patient, and very helpful, even during a busy time. It’s always appreciated when customer service is done with care and professionalism. Thank you to the team for making my visits smooth and pleasant!
- JAJames AlbanyNov 18, 20251.0This location is horrible. The two ladies at the counter said that couldn't help me set up a post office box. After hiding in the back for 10 minutes they came out and finally asked how they could help me. I told them I just need a po box set up. Nothing fancy. After explaining how id been waiting for 15 minutes with no other customers in the room I was denied service. They finally got another lady out of the back to do it. This po box was mainly for a very important peice of mail. Which was shipped two weeks earlier from child custoday court and was late and was torn up and opened. They also lock the place down early by 5pm every day so there is no chance to even get to your po box and get your mail. Save your money and get a po box somewhere else. Horrible service
