They do not have any modern amenities to make your day easier like self service… It’s quiet no music no machine to do things yourself just one very long line in a very quiet very tense line. How anybody can work there all day long in that horrible environment that’s completely beyond me. I can’t even stand in there for 15 minutes..

Thankfully, the other clerk has a wonderful disposition and they balance each other out. Management really needs to talk to Ms. Attitude or move her to the back, she’s incredibly condescending and impatient as if it’s not her job to answer questions.
