  I had a very upsetting experience at the UPS Store located at 1732A Marsh Rd in Wilmington, DE, managed by Jayesh Patel. I went in for a routine Amazon return, something I’ve done at this location many times without issue. However, this visit was completely different. An employee refused to assist me and told me I needed to use the self-service option because they were “busy.” I then asked to speak with the manager, Jayesh Patel, expecting the situation to be handled more professionally. Instead, he also insisted that I use self-service, repeating that he and his staff were too busy to help. What made the situation even more disturbing was what happened next. While I was still standing there, a white woman entered the store, and Jayesh immediately asked me to step aside so he could assist her instead. That moment felt extremely disrespectful and, in my opinion, racially motivated. I have been a regular customer at this location for years and have never experienced anything like this before. Being dismissed and then treated differently in comparison to another customer was both hurtful and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store—especially to Black customers. Customer service should be fair, respectful, and consistent for everyone, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

  Customer service feels like a lost art these days, but Noel is proof that it still exists. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made the process smooth, and created an experience that was both efficient and pleasant. It is rare to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in their work and understands that great service leaves a lasting impression. I truly enjoy coming to this UPS location, and much of that is because of employees like Noel. I sincerely hope the company recognizes him for his hard work and for consistently creating a positive experience for customers. He represents the brand extremely well.

  Worst sttore EVER. They are rude and argumentative. They don't help anyone but stand staring and arrogant. Shameful to everyone.
