I was told that they will help me find my package by doing so and I will get a phone call within the next 24 hours. 45 minutes later I got a call from the facility that my package was being processed at from the beginning. I got a call that works at the post office named Valerie sometime after an hour that they open and she processed my case number and said she can see what she can do after giving her my tracking number and what is my usual time of mail delivery in my area, information and she'll call me back before she get off work. My package was delivered in the mail The same day and Valerie called me back as she said she would just to see if I received my package. I told her yes and thank you very much. Most of the time it's not the post office. It's the consumer with misinformation or lack of information to give to the operator to help you with your request.. Just be prepared when you call the post office with all information at hand. Be respectful as you would want to be respected.
