  DONT SHIP TO THIS STORE! I had a package from Bloomingdales shipped there as I was out of town. When I went to pick it up they stated it wasn’t there. It had been picked up two days prior. How do you not verify who is picking up a package? Or did an employee decide it was worth taking ?? Now I have to do the work to file the claim with Bloomingdales.

  I made a reservation with Travel Team Source general booking. Received a confirmation from,Guest Reservations, an independent travel company. I booked the wrong dates and have been unable to get it changed. It feels as though I am being dismissed. They took $800 but can not resolve my issue. Over 6 hours on phone and email. John from JW Marriott front desk has been great but is limited. All others are complacent in resolving. IT IS FRUSTRATING, Not Efficient and bordering on theft!

  Update response: Thank you for your reply. That isn’t accurate. This is an official North Carolina court form, and the line at the top (State of North Carolina – Henderson County) is the issuing entity, not the location of the notarization. It functions like a business name or letterhead — the same way “UPS” appears on a UPS form and it cannot be crossed out or altered. The notary only records the location of the notarization in the notarial certificate, which correctly reflects Delaware. Wells Fargo notarized it immediately for that reason. It seems your notary may need a bit more training on jurisdictional headers versus notarial certificates, as the document was dismissed after only a quick glance. See doc below Usually I have great service here, everyone is friendly and helpful — but yesterday was a completely different experience. The notary was unfriendly, and it was clear he didn’t know what he was doing. I had court documents that needed to be notarized, sent directly from my lawyer, and he refused to notarize them unless he crossed out the part at the top that said “North Carolina” and the county. They called someone for guidance, but they didn’t give that person the full context, so the answer they got back was “no, don’t notarize it.” I went home and called the court myself. The clerk immediately said, “Do NOT cross out NC or the county — that wording is part of the official form. It’s a probate document for your mom’s estate.” She also said the notary’s only role is to confirm my signature, and that the document already includes a section indicating the state and county where it’s being notarized. Her exact words were, “That person does not know what they’re doing. Go to a bank — they know how to handle this.” She was right. I went to Wells Fargo next door, and they notarized it with no issues and confirmed exactly what the court clerk told me. After that, I needed to send it via UPS. Normally I would’ve just gone back next door, but the notary was so unpleasant and so clearly unqualified that I didn’t trust him with anything else — especially since these were original documents. I drove out of my way to mail them at a different UPS location instead. It was a disappointing and unnecessary waste of time, especially while dealing with a death.

  Always had friendly service at this UPS location ... however yesterday (Sunday) I had important closing property documents to be notarized and needed a blue ink pen to sign them. I was not only rushed through, but Mr. Rodriguez (I think his name was) spoke so fast I had a terrible time understanding him. I noticed other customers had a difficult time as well ... not a good experience!
