  Customer service feels like a lost art these days, but Noel is proof that it still exists. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made the process smooth, and created an experience that was both efficient and pleasant. It is rare to encounter someone who clearly takes pride in their work and understands that great service leaves a lasting impression. I truly enjoy coming to this UPS location, and much of that is because of employees like Noel. I sincerely hope the company recognizes him for his hard work and for consistently creating a positive experience for customers. He represents the brand extremely well.

  Worst sttore EVER. They are rude and argumentative. They don't help anyone but stand staring and arrogant. Shameful to everyone.

  I had a very bad experience at the store on Sept 30. I've had a lot of problems using the kiosk in the past, and Amazon said it is best to have the clerk scan the returns... The person at the front desk refused to help me for an Amazon return, I've had rude service at this store before and so have many other people.... The clerk's name was Noel and he refused me service for a basic Amazon return we're all he had to do was scan a QR code with nobody else in the store.... I find this employee to be very rude and lazy. I would like the opportunity to discuss this further with UPS and or the store manager or owner....
