Mixed bag of employees - some very helpful and friendly, and some who can't be bothered to smile. I took an Amazon return to the store on Jan 11 and waited in a long line to turn it over. Weeks later, Amazon still had not shown the return and I needed to use customer support to get my refund. It's great to have this service available, but If you use this store for returns, make sure to save your receipt!

The store is good, despite the customers that come here and make trouble at the shipping counter then apparently come here to leave fake reviews (seeking attention or importance i guess?)
Like the reviewer below, "gcg2366" uh, its a known fact to most Intelligent people that stores arent mandated to accept your trash, just your return.
Also, why does it make him so mad the person wanted to listen to music, probably to calm himself from ignorant entitled people like the reviewer.
Or the other "anonymous" reviewer complaining they had to "bag their own returns", it literally says that in the rules.
I frequent this store often, and observe a lot of entitled and disruptive behavior, usually from the shipping counter.
Be thankful you get a free return outlet. Its a free service, you arent entitled to anything further. Be grateful.
And humble. Your not the main character and your behavior angers not just store associates but customers too. And as a customer I think, "wow, if I were the employee being treated like that id make sure their items didnt get where they needed to go."
So probably not a good idea to disrespect the help either.
I'd ignore pretty much any reviews concerning shipping cause they seem to be extension of the petulant tantrums ive seen in store.
Honestly they should do away with the returns counter. Its like a magnet for trouble and childish behavior.

I’ve returned Amazon items at this Staples location many times and have always been told not to bag items because associates place them directly into a box. Today, the associate at the Amazon returns counter (Nattalie) was rude and unprofessional, insisted I needed to bag and pack the items myself.
On top of that, this location frequently closes its Amazon returns counter without notice, which is frustrating and inconvenient. Return your amazon returns elsewhere, like Kohls or Whole Foods. This Staples location is a mess.
