Jenna was super nice and helpful. Really appreciated her fixing a problem with a Happy Return even though she was on her way out. I feel bad because theyre obviously understaffed and not all the employees are as well trained and helpful. Wouldn't go there again!

My laptop died and I needed it within hours of leaving town. My closest Staples had the product that I needed but not the tech to set it up and do the transfer of info from my "dead" laptop. He called another location and referred me to that location and the specific tech guy who could help me.
The tech at the second store sold me the exact laptop that I needed, made the set-up, transfer of information, and gave me the quick "tutorial" that I needed. All of this was done with total professionalism, patience for my millions of questions, and respect for my limited time.
The Tech's name is Mark. He's awesome!
