- TNTatyana NJan 4, 20262.0I went to this Staples location to pick up an order that was already paid for and ready. I waited almost 10 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment. I understand delays when a store is busy, but this was not the case. Two employees were standing at the shipping section having a personal conversation with a customer while I waited. When that customer even pointed out that someone should help me, the employee brushed it off and said it was fine. As a paying customer, being ignored like that was frustrating and disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way. Customer service and awareness definitely need improvement.

While looking at the pens, I never saw bad quality pens. They were good quality, as well as the highlighters. The cashier was very nice.

This is 3rd laptop bought in 12+ years & been going there for 20 Years and have never been spoken to or treated that way. Disgusting & I tried in vain to explain to this man, having surgery, need LT complete. Nightmare to say the least.
