- MAMalcolm Van AttaJul 24, 20251.0Not the first time me or anyone in my family has had a bad experience here, but today at 10am i went to mail an important package on my way to work. I left myself enough time to stop in and still clock in on time, but on the door inside was a half assed note saying they will reopen at 12 and i didn’t have time to wait around. Some people are busy during the day (unlike the workers here) and can only do these things in the morning. It is very inconvenient and down right ignorant how this place operates. It’s about time for a complete overhaul of the staff and from now on i will happily drive to middletown to UPS. the convenience of location has been completely overshadowed over and over again by this nonsense.
